Why I rock:
Jared McGriff is a west coast artist from los angeles, oakland, and central california. currently residing in new york, jared reflects his fascination with the absurd and continuous exploration of identity; his interests in nature, social construct, and the built environment produce recurring themes of skepticism, humor, sexuality, violence, rhythm, sarcasm, and transition. jared has produced hundreds of drawings, paintings, and photographs, with a recent focus on the following media: acrylic, marker, oil, oil pastel, ink, water color.
